SellerVisor Terms of Use

1 Accounts and Eligibility

• Account Creation: You may need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information (e.g., name, email).
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
• Age Requirement: The Service is intended for individuals aged 16 and older.

2 Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• Subscription Plans: The Service is offered via monthly or annual subscriptions. Features and pricing are listed on our pricing page in the Service.
• Payment: You agree to pay subscription fees and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party provider and are subject to their terms.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel anytime in account settings.
• Price Changes: We may change fees with at least 30 days’ prior notice to your registered email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
• Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. In exceptional cases required by law or in our discretion for serious technical defects, we may issue a refund or credit.

3 Use of the Service and License

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code of any part of the Service.
• Do not access or collect data via automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our express written consent.
• Do not use the Service to develop, train, or benchmark a competing service.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Do not bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or rights-infringing purpose.

4 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of information, data, and text you upload or submit (e.g., keywords, analytics).

To operate and improve the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content. This license ends when you delete your account.

5 Intellectual Property

Excluding User-Generated Content, all rights in the Service (software, logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of SellerVisor Inc.

6 Changes to and Termination of the Service

We may change, update, or improve features from time to time. We will strive to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.

We may terminate the Service with at least 30 days’ prior email notice. In such cases, we may offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription term.

If you breach these Terms, we may immediately suspend access or terminate your account without prior notice.

7 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the previous 12 months.

8 General Provisions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: New York law applies. Courts in New York, New York have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted with a new Effective Date and notified via email or in-service notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
