Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Terms govern your participation in the SellerVisor Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Program.

1 Enrollment and Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current.
  • Applications are reviewed and may be accepted or rejected at SellerVisor’s discretion.
  • Maintain an active and compliant promotional presence.
2 Participation Rules
  • Follow all Program policies and any guidelines we publish.
  • Comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and e-commerce laws wherever you promote.
  • Comply with each platform’s terms where your promotions appear.
3 Commission Structure
  • Lifetime commission: Earn on eligible paid subscription receipts while a referred customer maintains a paid plan (excludes free trials, promo credits, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and self-purchases).
  • Early-bird benefit: The first 100 approved partners receive a permanent Diamond rate (30%), regardless of monthly results.
  • Monthly tiers (new paid referrals per month):
    • Silver: 1+ → 18%
    • Gold: 3+ → 21%
    • Platinum: 5+ → 25%
    • Diamond: 10+ → 30%
  • Tier lock: Once achieved, your tier will not be downgraded; you can only move up based on future monthly results.
4 Payout and Disbursement
  • Schedule and minimum: Paid monthly when your payable balance is at least $50 USD; otherwise carried over to the next month.
  • Method: Stripe payouts in USD to your designated payout method (fees may apply).
  • Hold period: Commissions confirm after a 30-day refund window; refunds, chargebacks, or fraud cancel the related commission.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for your own tax filings and payments; we may request W-8/W-9 forms as required by law.
5 Promotion Guidelines
  • Allowed channels: Blogs, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, newsletters, webinars, and global campaigns (subject to local laws and platform policies).
  • Brand keyword bidding: Do not bid on “SellerVisor” or confusing variants (including misspellings) in search ads.
  • Domains and accounts: Do not use our trademarks or create assets that could be mistaken for an official channel.
  • Disclosure: Clearly disclose your material connection per FTC guidance and local law (e.g., “#ad”, “#affiliate”).
  • No false or exaggerated claims: Avoid unrealistic promises such as “guaranteed income”.
6 Prohibited Conduct
  • Self-referrals by you, your entities, or immediate family.
  • Spam or marketing using harvested or unauthorized data.
  • Cookie stuffing, adware, toolbars, forced pop-ups/installations, or other traffic manipulation.
  • Inducing sign-ups with false information or illegal activity (e.g., stolen cards).
  • Defamation, rights infringement, or illegal content.
  • Any activity prohibited in Section 5.
7 Term and Termination
  • Term: Effective upon approval until either party terminates.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate at any time by written notice (including email); material breach may result in immediate termination.
  • Changes: We may amend these Terms by posting or emailing notice; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
8 General Provisions
  • Relationship: Independent contractors; no employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture is created.
  • Liability cap: Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event.
  • Governing law and venue: New York law; exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA.
